from May 7, 2003 were agreed.
Trophies
and Medals
HCAAA
would like to know how the estimate for £500 for trophies and medals was
reached.

Little will compile list and obtain quote.
Championship
Statistics
Paul
Holgate has already done the stats for the mid week league. It was agreed that
the monitoring would be prospective and we would not attempt to gather together
previous stats.
Permits

Wilson will circulate list of permits issued.
Race
Reports –

Little and Dave Wilson will agree a communication to clubs emphasising the
benefits of getting race reports completed. These to be published on the
relevant website.
Promotion
of Committee to clubs

Dajda will produce a “club friendly” version of the minutes and circulate.
County
Championship Hitchin Half
Marathon was to be the senior event for the championships but was cancelled. There
will be no senior event in this class this year.

Affiliation Rules

Bloom to draft a note clarifying the rules of affiliation and change of
affiliation.

discussion on what should be our role in this.

and Highways
Fairlands
Valley Spartans are being asked to erect a fair number of signs on the cycleway
for their half marathon in November. As mopeds are allowed on the cycleway it
counts as the highway.

Bloom to discuss with Dick Meredith the arrangements for the Welwyn 10 in
September.

Dajda to circulate the Event Safety Code to the committee.
