was agreed to maintain the 2003 events as planned but revise the 2004 list
following consultation with the Clubs.

If any Club would like to make contact with KP directly happy to have email
address published.
It
was felt that all fixtures should be in Herts wherever possible
Fairlands
Valley 5k relay to be added for 2003.
Trophies
and Medals Tony Osbourne
Tony
will cover this for the remainder of 2003. Volunteer
for 2004 needed.
County
should provide medals and trophies, not clubs. County
to be approached for approx. £500pa.
All
medals to be engraved with event details from 2004.
Different
medals to be purchased to represent the prestige of the achievement
Trophy
to be presented to each winner as permanent keepsake as perpetual trophies are
now photographed and retained wherever possible.
